I cant connect to ea survers
Hey everyone I'm have an issue connecting to servers for fifa 20 I've tried at different times of the day with no look in originally signed up to a ea membership on xbox and trialed it it amd it worked once and never again so I paid for the game hopeing ot would fix it and it didnt I still cant connect but my mates are able to I feel like I'm gonna cry haha

I play on ps4 and my username is matteomurk07 here is A screenshot from what I mean
it says:
that I most go to my ps4 and login but I can’t because it can t connect with ea servers while my brother on the same ea account but other team can play FIFA.

Hi @jkeane54321,
Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
