Please Read If Wrongfully Banned/Coin Wiped
Hello all,
If you've been wrongly accused (defamed) by EA of something to get either a coin wipe or a ban, you'll be told to blindly appeal to their TOS team lol....(not sure there's such a team).
You'll likely be stonewalled at every turn. You can't call them, they won't call you.
So here's what to do, send EA legal a letter on registered post, explain to them what happened and tell them they have 30 days to fix, in the meantime, contact EA privacy via email and request a SAR or full data release of all the information they have on you, including transactions.
If you get nothing positive back, after 30 days, fill out a chargeback form, add in additional purchase dates on an accompanying letter and provide as much information to them as possible, screenshots, whatever you have and watch your beautiful credit card company go to work for you to refund everything back to you, including pack purchases.
Also, report them to consumer rights/protection agencies local to you.
