@MadRedPirahna Dont worry 2 much the game is so broken I have a good team when i play teams that are gold it feels like ea downgrades your players so sometimes it make no difference having good players or bad players

Exactly with respect to playing 80 rated gold teams. I went on a bad losing streak and dropped from division 7 to division 9. Divisions 8 and 9 seem harder then divisions 6 and 7. When I play other high rated teams 90 rated with 100 chemistry it is generally a fair game and I win some and lose some, but when I play an 80 rated team with 80 chemistry my team does not do anything and I lose the majority of the time.

Hey @ODZI14
I don't think there is a way to do it. Games are searched just as Cade wrote.
Here you have some tips that you may already know but can always be useful:
One of the major new aspects with FIFA 20 is that pace isn't quite as important as in previous outings, leading to a whole new style of play. No longer do you have to rely on 90+ pace wingers bombing up and down the side of the pitch, which means passing and retaining possession is even more important. Take time on the ball, pass it around deliberately in the midfield, and don't attempt quite as many through balls.
Also, finding the right formation for you is another crucial aspect because if you don't have a set up that compliments your style of play, you'll struggle to play fluid football.
From my experience across the season, drilled crosses along the ground are the most likely to lead to goals. Heading is significantly much less effective than it has been in past games, so if you do have a winger beating his man to whip the ball in, try skimming it across the top of the grass instead of lofting it high.
While your formation is absolutely key, amending your custom tactics and game plans is just as important. You can alter each individual mentality from ultra defensive to ultra attacking to have different attributes, including things like how wide your team shape is and how many players get in the box for crosses. You can even make it automatically change formation depending on your mentality, so you're ready for every situation.
Dont rush your play too much. Look for recurring patterns when you concede goals. Is your line too high up? Are people getting down your wings too easy because you are not on stay back? Maybe try a bit of the skill games as well. They give you scenarios to practice interceptions, getting past a defender and scoring, or practicing 1 on 1s.
