Someone has broken in my FUT 20 and selled all of my treadable players. I play FIFA 20 since the start of the game and I lost everything in the worst time when there is TOTSSF.

I contacted EA Help and they said they recieved my request, but they did not reply since. @EA_Barry replied to me and he showed me how to secure my account if i was hacked but it isn't what I need I want my items and coins back, and please don't send me how to secure account if i was hacked again. Please help. I am from Croatia.
