Hello, Long story short I got an email to say I was banned from Fifa 19 from past, present and future Fifas. The reason given was for distributing coins.  (Something I've never done) In reality I barely played Fifa 19 at all due to the ridiculous teams in FUT.  I did get some fifa FUT points to get going but that's all.  I've since submitted a review of the ban to the tos team but the only email I've had back is a thankyou for waiting while we review your case.   - I'd like to play Fifa 20 having bought it without knowing I had a ban? Any idea on time frame to review the case as hand on heart I've actually not done anything so it's v. frustrating having bought the new game and I'm banned? My case number is #59335832  - If i look on my cases on here it says resolved? Are there any admins etc. on here who can look up what's happening with my case thankyou in advance.
