Robbed/Scammed??

Hi, I have a problem, earlier when i want to play fifa 20 UT i notice 2 players from my squad( Lautaro Martinez RTTF and Kondogbia shapeshifter) are missing, i`m very sure i don`t quick sell them or put in some sbc..Previosly with about half an hour ago i want to play a match in squad battles and i receive an error like it`s a problem to connect at ultimate team servers. How I can recover the players? Thank you
