Still waiting for response
Hi, my account got hacked last weekend, the supporter said that you’ll email me when I’ll get my coins back, it’s been 8 days now, still nothing, can I know if I have to wait like 2 weeks more or few days more because I can’t play the game at all because there is no coins on my account to buy the players. .

I already spoke to them, I just want to know if I have to wait like 3 weeks or few days for it, I don’t want to speak to support again cause it says that I’d put at the end of the queue, I want to play the game finally, not in a month

Answers HQ isn’t the right place to talk about security issues. You can only get your coins back by contacting EA Help and describing your issue there. In Answers HQ, neither me, nor any Community Manager can do anything about security issues.

- Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Select Origin as the product
- Select your platform
- Select “Manage my account” as the topic
- Select “Hacked account” as the issue.
- Select one of the options to talk with EA
