FIFA 20 in PS2 does not connect to EA Servers

Hello, I have had FIFA 20 for a couple of days now and I cannot play online. When I open the games it say connecting to EA servers but then freezes and nothing happens. I see this has been an issue for others and have done everything in those threads but it still doesn’t work. I have rebooted the PlayStation, logged in and out of PSN, disconnected the WIFI and connected again. Nothing is working. Help please.

I only have WiFi for my house. Not sure how else I can connect???

Hi @rollin1985,

Can you try connecting via a hotspot by chance? It sounds like something is blocking you where the EA TOS would normally pop up, connecting via a hot spot or a different ISP has resolved this in the past.
