Missing players and coins
Hello, I have 2 issues to report.
The first issue is that I have won a bid on TOTY Van Dijk which when I went to claim the player after auction, I had been kicked out of Ultimate team. I then logged back in only to see that both my coins and player had not turned up.
The second issue is I have packed TOTY Alisson twice where as I have only 1 TOTY Alisson in my club.
I have talked to an EA advisor all ready (Link to the Transcript at the bottom) where they have directed me to the forums.
After being a long time player and customer I expect this issue to be sorted.
