Catalogue Redemption not there after PS4 crashed

I had just redeemed the financial takeover on career mode when my PS4 crashed. When going back to the default save which was from before the takeover, it was no longer available in the catalogue. Is there anyway to have it restored?

Sorry to say that we don't have the ability to modify the EASFC Catalogue content or grant it.
