What the hell is this? First, my account gets banned because I used MbWay (a legit credit card generator that took my real money of my bank account) and I don't get my account back. I accepted it, bought the game again and started to play a month after I got banned. Now, I had near 1000 points on Division Rivals. I play, start to win the game, the opponent disconnect and I get disconnected too, which results in a 3-0 loss for me. I have now 600 points and I'm on Division 7. I'm trying to qualify for FUT Champions and I can't even do it like this. 

EA constantly messes up and never rewards us because of that. We spend a lot of money in the game and the company can't even hear us. We have to complain on a forum because we don't have direct contact to them. All we can do is reach to livechat where they say the same lines everytime. "I know that having an issue can be frustating" or something like that. Feels like I'm talking to a robot every single time because I have "connection issues". Not on CSGO, not on PUBG but only on Fifa. What the hell.
