I've been through the support lines 5/6 times trying to fix this and tried everything I can find online about this but still no fix,

I have Origin open with fifa 20 up and click go, origin closes and reappears after 2 seconds with no change, game doesn't load

at all. Done everything other than reinstall windows at this point. 

If anyone can help it would be hugely appreciated??? Would love to be able to actually play the game
