[PC] Unplayable Delay of Inputs - JOKE ?!?!

Since the latest update my game is feeling like someone is putting rubberband on my players.

Every Input is delayed of 2sec.

Either the game hast been decreased in speed by 2000ms or i am stupid.

System:

CPU: i7 8700k

RAM: 32GB 3200HZ

GPU: 2080 Super

Drivers: 445.87 @DX12

GSYNC on - 144hz

1440p Monitor

Inputs: Xbox Wireless 360 (cable or dongle) / ds4windows with 3 different dualshocks

Yes i changed my GPU. But reinstalled all drivers uninstall / reboot gpu change reinstall driverrs

Yes i deleted the whole game und redodnloaded it

Yes i cleared the temp files of origin

Yes i deleted the config inside the profile order

I am very pissed. just a joke to play this game on a 3000k rig with 144fps but 2-3s delay input

@EA_Cadeplease help. and i can provide everything u want (dxdiag / logs / video / etc)
