PC crash when viewing pack catalog

I recently downloaded FIFA 20 on PC. In Ultimate Team I am trying to redeem a Twitch Pack and a few other promotional/welcome packs I have. When I click to view the store packs, no packs load and my game stalls. One time with the music still playing, the other the music paused. Both times I let it sit for while, but still was stuck.

 

Any ideas on what I should do? Thanks.

Sometimes game files can become corrupt or create issues. Especially after incomplete downloads/installation or game updates, problems can start occurring.

Try repairing your game. Here is the instruction:

1. Start Origin and login in
2. Click on My Game Library and right click on the FIFA 20
2. Click on Repair
