[PC] FIFA 20 crashing on launch with DirectX error
After I hit "Play" and the game launches, it begins to load for 1 or 2 seconds and then immediately closes. Most of the time it displays no error message, but a few times it has given me this:
I've googled around for ages now and none of the "fixes" I have found work. I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
- Changing DIRECTX_SELECT to either 1 or 0.
- Using integrated GPU instead of dedicated GPU (1050ti).
- Restarting laptop
- Updated all drivers
Anyone actually know how to fix this?

Hi @AkameGaChill,
You mentioned that you've updated the drivers, have you tried rolling them back to a time when this didn't occur?

Thanks for the fast response. I was playing the game just this morning and I updated the drivers last night so I'm not entirely sure what has changed between this morning and now. I've got no idea what driver version I was on last and I don't know how to roll them back
