Connection issues to EA
Trying to connect to EA on Nintendo switch for fifa 20 and keep getting the same following issue messages pop up.
How do we go about getting this fixed and connected?

@EA_Lanna I have the same problem. It is not a general connection problem. I first started a chat with EA support, your colleague gave me the article with DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, I tried, but this is not solving the problem. I also discussed with Nintendo support, they checked my account amd there is no problem. Other games on Nintendo switch work online, Fifa 20 Legacy edition don't connect. I mention that I can connect on my pS4 and also on pc, but not on Nintendo switch. Considering that my conection works, and other games works online, it is sure an EA problem. Please help. I mention that I bought my console in november, and it worked with fifa until january. What happened? Thanks.

Hi @goopbro,
Have you set-up a Nintendo Switch account? You need to create a Nintendo Switch account to play EA games online on the Switch. If you don’t have that account set-up, you won’t be able to access online gameplay features.
Could you give that a go and let us know if that does the trick for you?
