URGENT PS4 after 13 Update - Lost connection to the EA servers
Unfortunately, EA connectivity is an urgent issue that has been worrying so many online players. Since the beginning of this week, I've been reporting some own issues regarding this topic. In order to figure out what was the root cause, I contacted EA support, as well my Internet Service Provider.
My ISP told me everything was fine with my signal, and in fact, I never had problems with them. On the other hand, EA support said me to follow the guidelines about connection troubleshooting.
I've been playing since November using wire connection, and I never had loss of connection more than twice in a row.
I will expose here my yesterday's journey playing the ultimate team weekend league. I was able to play 12 games without losing connectivity to the EA servers. The only issues were some lag and breaks on gameplay. Then I started again losing connectivity with EA servers. Today the problem persists.... Every game I make, I can't complete until the end.
Process of accounting after got disconnected:
For instance, 15 plays remaining, 9 victories, 6 defeats.
- If the game is tied at the moment of losing connection, the game does not count towards the weekend league games. I keep with 15 plays remaining.
- If I'm winning, the game also does not count as victory or defeat. I keep with 15 plays remaining.
- However, If I'm losing, automatically I lose the game, whether the game is in the first or last minute. I keep with 14 plays remaining and 7 defeats.
I don't receive the DNF message from EA in any case.
The question here is: What is going on with EA servers? The last update destroyed the online game. So many users are reporting issues related with connectivity and it is time for EA to take a look and fix this error. Because this is happening to same players and is affecting who invested a lot of money in the game.
