Hi,

My 11 year old son bought Fifa 20 for his PS4 and he wants to play online.

His account is managed by me so his account is under parental control.

I setup an EA account with the same email address as his ps4 account.

And that's about all that I can do as far as I can tell.

Once we try yo go online in Fifa20 we get a "compuer says no" like message and that's it.

The game doesn't ask for any EA account credentials so I guess it just uses the ps4 account's email address?

I can't understand why this is so difficult! And why there is no proper error message!!

Please can anyone help me get online with Fifa 20???
