I generally am not a fan of writing complaints on internet, but this time I've had enough. I played my last weekend league this weekend, and I got 2 disconnects. And no, I dont have a wireless connection, but a wired and I've done all the steps requested to troubleshoot it, before someone asks me. 2 disconnects, and making me seem like I am the one who is to blame. 2 games I was winning were lost, and so my progress. After FUT Champs I decided to use my last Draft Token. One that was refunded to me after connection issues. However, I got matched with 2 guys and they both quit. Long story short, I lost my token with a final result of 0-0 just because they dced. I hoped like the last time that my token would be refunded. I tried it 3 times, only to be declined. I tried contacting the support, but of course it is invisible as always. Anytime I try to get in touch, my case gets closed and abandoned. We want progress. These are money given by the players, and time, for a game that keeps slapping us hard back. It is not enjoyable anymore. My first FIFA, and I will think long and hard to give a chance for the next one. EA has to change dramatically. All this coming from a CS student.
