I am still yet to receive the correct version of Carlos Tevez in my club. He appeared as a conmebol player in a pack when he should have been a totssf. EA announced that all affected players have been issued the correct version, however this is not the case. I have spoken to different advisors via the online help chat, some have said for me to wait and it will be sorted, but one today said that my claim has been denied and that all playera have definitely receieved the correct veraion by now. This simply isnt true because i havent received it. Can someone look into this please?
