Fifa 20 Nintendo Switch Unable to connect

I have the problem to connect my switch to the game online. The date of birth both on the switch and on the ea account and on the swotch is the same. I'm 24 years old. I have bought the nintendo online subscription for a year.

 

What can be the problem? Why am I still unable to connect to the online features?
