I was talking with EA chat for 1 week about my quicksell cards which dont appear in the recovery machine

 Today 6 days pass from this event and I still do not have my players and they tell me that the problem has been solved in the machine from card restoration there is no date on which I quicksell this cards
That was 3 February. I was talking today to EA agent who told me to enter the forum and describe my problem so I am. I dont know what to do.
