I was grinding out some achievements to get packs on Squad Battles when I was booted from the EA Server after full-time when I had just won 7-0 on legendary. I would have completed Elite Storyline, giving me a Gold Players Pack and a Prime Gold Players Pack.

This is the second time this happened, with the previous time happening in Weekend League when I was 5-3 up in the 86th minute. This cost me getting Gold 2 as my reward tier.

Can EA rectify these and correctly award me wins in these games? It seems annoying as my connection is wired and I even followed the troubleshooting steps EA recommended to me in the first instance.
