Dear team.

yesterday i got 4 packs.. one of them i tried to open it but i couldn't. the pack including 60 Item- 60 Gold-60 Rare

and it's name is 

*FUT_Store_Pack_536_Desc.

Everytime i try to open the pack from companion app or from my PS4 message appeare says login unavailable we are curruntly having trouble with login service. while we work on it. you can try to log in from your console or pc to get the full fut exerience)

After that i logged out directly. please check and advise. I'm afraid that file may be a hack file or what.. lease check and advise.
