Recovering Hacked Account Without Using Website
HI EA, for about 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with you to resolve my hacked EA account. When I log into FIFA a random email address comes up as my selected verification address.
I have paid for FIFA and am paying for PSN online, but you don't appear to be able to help me to get my money's worth out of this as every time I have come to you with an issue, you cant help.
1. Via Twitter: (See attachments 1 & 2), you say you cannot help me via this platform and that I need to go to the website.
2. On the website (which I have been trying for the past 3 days), I only receive the messages "We need to talk to you on the phone" (see attachment 3) - which isn't possible because the call centers have been closed down (understandably so).
3. It says 'no support options available' - so I cant speak to anyone via your website.
You appear unable / unwilling to speak to me to recover my FIFA account (again which as each day goes by, I am paying to use online, but cannot because you won't help me to resolve this).
Please can you help me to resolve this urgently, because I feel I have wasted more than enough time on it now.
