Unable to connect to server for fifa
Really annoyed I have bumped hundreds in to this game along with others, and I can't connect to the server. At all have followed numerous methods online to fix the issue but still nothing. Some assistance or form of compensation would be nice like a full refund of fifa product and fifa points purchased, or a few ultimate packs when you soon sort this issue out. Any info from your end would be great thank you

Hey @garydevine901 if you are having issues connectin then I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
