Connection
Every time I finish a game whether I win or lose I’m getting kicked off the servers and the game isn’t counting every single time anyone know what the problem could be?

@paulgiff My problem is it keeps disconnecting from server. Sometimes mid game sometimes as soon as I connect again.

Hi @EA_Cade
Well, I can try.
But, i think that this is not the problem and probably the problem isnt only with me like the case of the guy who replied to this post saying he has the same problem with PC.
Also, i've heard a lot of people with the same problem here in forum and i'm playing other online games with no problems.
So.....
It's so sad.
What EA are doing to investigate/solve this problem?

Let's try to improve the connection there. Could you take a look at this EA Help article and give all of the troubleshooting steps in there a go please?

Hi @Jensen11233,
FUT Draft uses a Peer2Peer connection so you aren't connected to any servers while you are in a match, if you are getting disconnected it's because you lost connection to the other player. You can follow these steps http://bit.ly/Open_Ports as well as playing on an Ethernet cable if you are currently on WiFi to make sure you have the best connection possible. This link http://bit.ly/SelfServiceFUTDraft will walk you through replacing the token.

@TheticBee77432 Restart your router and buy more fifa points. Buying points will bump you up the list of preferred players. Preferred players will get the win if a games gets disconnected and will receive a better/smoother game experience.
