TOTW upgrade
I've done the TOTW upgrade 4x times and I packed Baumann every single time, how is this even possible packs are broken this year!!!!!

Live chat also can't grant items, you surely should know this ? If we know it why don't you? You can't and neither can them which is fair enough, however the lack of transparency on who can actually help us is non existent.
