I am writing this for the Studio Team of FIFA 20, since it was recommended by the customer service. My problem is that the matchmaking is worthless. I started playing FIFA two months ago and have only won 1 game in FUT Rivals so far. I get matched up against players with much more experience, better players, etc. Because of this, I am on the brink of not playing the game anymore, since it is no fun starting a game, already knowing you will lose. I cannot get better players, because you do not get a high rank or many coins if you lose every Rivals match.
