Can’t Find My Packs FIFA 20

hey guys last nice i completed the 5 rare gold la liga player objectives and when i claimed the pack i found nothing in my packs. Today I did La Liga players boost sbc as well and it show completed but no pack in my packs. In addition to that, I did the daily objective for the 1 rare player pack and i didn’t get anything. can someone tell me what causes that?
