Bad Latency on FIFA 20 - PS4

How can I ensure that I'm getting the best possible connection for my location to play FIFA with the least lag and delay as possible?

 

I ran the UOTrace and these are the results. I noticed that after hop 8 the latency is bad (these servers are hosted by Telia and Rackspace)
