433(4) Vs 352?
Which of these two formations do you think would theoretically provide more wins in WL if somebody were to use the same rated team? Do either of the two formations outshine the other and make it possible to actually win more against the average WL player? I say 'average' as it probably wouldn't even matter which formation you're using if you came up against someone miles better than you.
Which do you guys feel has the advantage?
On a related note, when using 352 should the two wingers be actual wingers or fullbacks in order to get the most out of it?

Well ideally I'm looking for a formation with wingers (either LM/RM or LW/RW) that allows me to always have a passing option available. The problem I've been having with 4231 is that often I'm isolated with a player and nobody available near me for an easy pass so I have to risk a long pass sand end up getting it intercepted. Whereas a lot of teams I come up against seem to ALWAYS have a pass available to them and move up the pitch with such fluidity and ease.
So if 433(4) is a good passing formation then I may have to try that out. Hopefully it won't leave me so isolated at times.

In 352 they should be wingers, as they get in front of goal.
I (and many) use one natural winger, and one attacking fullback like meunier or florenzi or someone with high finishing.

433(2/5) is better for passing options in attack
433(4) is better for passing options in defense
In (4) you only get 1-2 attacking triangle available at a time. With the (2) (or (5)), you have 3 attacking triangles available. When fullbacks join attack you get 5 triangles.
433(4)
433(2)
Also with the (2/5) you have a CDM. I just played a bunch of games with the (4) and you can feel the lack of passing option sometimes, big gap between the CAM and winger at times. (You can see the distance in the image. Whereas the 2 and 5 you can move it about easier.
In 352 you generally have to get the ball to your strikers ASAP as building up from your midfield isn't great, i often find myself hard-driven from CDM to ST constantly in 352 then layoff or 1-2 with the ST and CAM.
433 is always best, easiest, smoothest for passing.

Depends on how you play
433 (4) is a much more natural passing formation. The CAM position shines
352 is good if you like to spam the ball to your strikers/cam asap and play from there... also the LMRM overlap can be good and unexpexted for defenders on the wing if set to stay wide and get in behind.

352 is excellent. There is a really good YouTube tactics video. I used wingers and they worked great.
CDMs stay back
Wingers come back on defence.
Works great.
Can you post the link to the video please mate?
