Kicked from FUT, lost game

Last night, I was playing Rivals and won 7-0 with a Icon Swap challenge. By this win I would get enough points to get better rewards and get an icon swap challenge. I tried to return to the main screen, but then got kicked from FUT. All my friends were also having problems. So I logged in today, I got a loss on my record, didn't get the rewards I needed to actually get and didn't get my icon swap player. Anything I can do about this?

Hi @Heavenwarrior26,

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
