still no support options
Been waiting since 9 am GMT after EA charged me for fifa points i didn't receive. i got told to come back in 24 hours yesterday, but yet help servers haven't been up at all today

You may have better luck reaching out to our Twitter support team at @EAHelp, you can also try changing your location on the help site to the US and then refreshing the help site.
