game disconnect when won

Hello I won 3-0 with my English team for take icon for the challenge and also was the third win but when was loading on end of the match fifa 20 disconnected from servers. And when I entered again in ultimate didn't count my win so didn't finish the challenge. Can you check it. thanks

@Hoptune be careful it can result you in a BAN, because its what i got just now when I woke up i got a Mail Saying MY EA ACCOUNT IS BAN

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have the ability to modify your record so we can't do anything about the loss, unfortunately. Was this the only time it happened or does it occur more frequently?

Hey! I've been having the same issue since the start of the game (more than 60 times since september) except my game crashes instead of saying that I'm disconnected.

This is my thread related to this issue and didn't get any answer since Wednesday...

Same problem here in online draft(4games) and division rivals(1 game) - i was disconnected and lose 4 tokens. No metter if i open fifa in fullscreen, window mode, window mode with no frame
