Last Thursday I woke up to find I got a ban. I'm pretty sure I am not involved in any actions that break the rules.

I sent them an email to investigate in my wrong ban applied to my account, its been three days now waiting for them to reply.

My question is, are they going to remove the ban from my account or just send me the usual message, that they applied the ban correctly?

Did anyone here got unbanned for being banned mistakenly?

The reason I think they banned me is that a kid reported me because I kicked his *. Is it my fault for being a good player? Kids report you, rage quit and you get a ban.

Anyways, is there hope for getting unbanned or should I forget about it?
