FIFA 20 most boring game of all ?
To me this most boring football game in history in the current state .
Anyone who likes terrible runs and bad movement and reactions this is your lucky year .
Never thought again we would be robbed of our product and get some un polished game completely.
I play the game to have FUN and never feel happy anymore as 90% of teams or players are drop back 0 pressing and I have to play possesoin so passively or lose to 2 shots counters .
I've ranted alot but it's passion to have a good game to enjoy and be happy playing .
This update has made FUT and even clubs a boring game .
Squad battles feel worse than ever could win 5 goals plus on world class at ease each time now it's near impossible to get 2 or 1 goal .
This game favours the worse play style and looks so bad as the tactics like drop irl would be making attacking harder but not FIFA.
10 man back 10 man attacking lol so fun and skilled that and pros are like this is a meta lol.
Hashtag sharwey played drop back and in his video was gasing about pro using the tactics 😂😂😂😂pros using broken unfair tactics .
Football games that try to be real would never allow so much assistance or help from cpu.

Honestly I think it was broken on day 1 too, but right now its shattered. See I can get used to all kinds of mechanics in the game be it passing, shooting dribbling whatever. What kills this year is what happens off the ball, the immense amount of unintelligence that is on the pitch which is out of my control. The players acting like total dumbasses, static boring play. And this has been there since day 1 unfortunately.

18 was much better than 19 and 20 together, u could alway break this ptb users easy with good timed driven , now even if u hit green u shoot out of the stadium
every game is the same 99% 10 man behind the ball + that crap of servers its nearly impossible to break it.
but hey nextgen fifa will own " not"
we play a beta we got so many patches in 20 which just destroy the game even more.
why not just rewerd the game to early just fix the rebounds and the game is good.
we will get at least another 20 patches till 21 is out ....
+ EA get rid of this trash 30 hz servers atleast
+ Disable lag compensation again, why on earth i should compensate a 4g user , or disable wifi / handy connections. i get punished , because i got a good internet connection this cant be

18 was just as bad 41212(2) 7 players stay back 12 2 passes with front 3 then low driven which keeper was powerless to do anything about for the entire year nobody played any different
what was remotely good or even decent about that it was just another bs game from ea
Imo from the introduction of frostbite engine the game has gone backwards the more they try to add the worse it gets
Game needs striped back to basics like 12/13/14 and built from there without the hidden bs and ai ****

fifa 20 is no doubt the worst fifa they ever brought.
gameplay and content wise.
league sbc are a joke, players useless, too expensive, packs ****.
most players u will pack will be useless too cause of no exciting sbcs.
got a board? well player prolly gonna be worth 1k at most.
got a walkout? well be happy if the player is worth more than 15k.
lets talk about last patch
they said something like they would increase player resposibility that they refuse to pass/shoot when opponent player is near - the problem is still there same as before.
they nerfed shooting - well they did. finesse shots are the new headers of fifa 20 now. completely useless.
much more effective to just use normal shots.
they actually wanted to nerf ppl defending with 10 man, but this shooting nerf just made it even stronger.
tackling still doesnt work proberly and players like rashford stay on ball even after 5 tackles, but if u play against ronaldo/messi or whatever icon u tackle them once and straight get the ball.
so every problem from before still exist, but the shooting got much worse.
lets talk about refs
they have sucked in every fifa but this year theyre worse as never before.
they still give fail offsides like offside is given when player wasnt in offside, and players like 10m in offside, but no offside is given.
they hand out cards completely random.
like in 1st min just go to ball without pressing anything = straight yellow.
i have the ball, opponent tackles my player and i get 2nd yellow. wtf?
random sliding tackle in midfield from front or side, not last man, not even interrupting counter most of the time yields straight red card for whatever reason.
when my opponent enters the box, i slide in before him trying to block the shot, but he still gets the shot off and missed, then runs 2 more steps and falls over my player on ground = red card + penalty. well at 1st i diddnt interrupt his shot, ball was already out before he fell so why pen? also double punishment is out of rules for few years already, so actually when giving a pen u usually give no card or yellow now. do ea programmer even know rules?
then on the otherhand if i enter the box and try to shoot, opponent slides in from behind with 0 chance on ball, just interrupting my shot - if my player just stumble and dont fall there will never be a penalty given. wtf? he had no chance on ball and just commited a foul.
advantage play doesnt really work out either.
sometimes u get like 5 sec advantage and can pass over whole field and sometimes u get like 0.1 sec advantage.
like someone fouled my player, he was on ground - ref signaled advantage, but before my player got back up the opponent already had the ball. so i had no chance of getting the ball or do anything and diddnt get the foul.
or lets say u get fouled in midfield, but stay in posession and pass forward, then send a player in the box and pass to him. hes completely free, no offside and suddenly ref interrupts advantage and give the foul...
other gameplay issues
passing is just awful
sometimes it works fine and in some games passes just go in a completely different direction as u actually aiming. idk if its the delay or whatever, but it has never been as bad as now.
or lets imagine u are on a counter.
3 players to ur right, 2 are completely free and 1 either is in offside or has a defender in front of him.
theres like a 95% chance ur player will pass to that 1 guy that is in offside/has defender in front.
its just too much bs going on that would mostly be easy to fix, but seems they just dont care about it.

We said 17 was terrible, it cant get worse. Then we had 18, which everyone said was somehow worse than 17. Then 19 came along, and that genuinely was a terrible game, at which point I gave up and sold my ps4.
How is this franchise getting progressively worse when technology and programming knowledge should be better now than it was 4 years ago.
I honestly think you have to go back to 15 for the last decent football game EA made. Every version since then has just been a re-skin with the same inherent problems and a minor tweak for the worse here or there.
Having read comments on here I'm so glad I'm out for good.
15 was last good Fifa game. It was all about Pace but Fifa 15 was really good football game.
Now is like a job, there is no fun only grinding.
Every single mode is broken and stressfull.
This game is not for casuals anymore.

Really? Most pro´s ive watched dont play dropback and low depth.
The issue is more the huge casual base that simply dont give a damn, and forget any issues that game has whenever a promo is released and just keep throwing money on EA.

I had 8 games go to penalty shoot outs this weekend. Usually get like 2-3.
It is extremely boring playing this game, I feel like I have to work so hard to get a goal and then my opponent gets one by a auto interception making it's way all the way up the field to his unmarked striker.

The skill gap has been substantially closed, online influences from YouTube etc pumping dumb and dull tactics out there for lesser skilled players to remain in the game longer (drop back, AI defending etc and a lot of hand holding going on) as well as pitting us against very similar teams and set ups over and over again, the forced nature of the game pushing everyone into Rivals to achieve objectives, totally broken game play at times, severe delay that still has not been addressed.
But, its still pretty much the only football game as Konami and Pro Evo still haven't capitalised on the opportunity.

Static to I go to sleep and AI attacking was in the trailer lol but I'll say 17 and 18 had better and imo tactics are trash too .
18 was last fifa with numbers to edit for tactics and I loved it

Saying worst now I agree but not on day 1 or even before this patch it was playing atleast right to me.

You are so right. Mix this with horrible servers and delay and this is the worst gameplay ever. UNPLAYABLE
