I recently bought FIFA 20 on the PlayStation store... But the game won't install progress..its been stuck on 19% since it finished downloading.. I've tried deleting some games thinking it was memory issues.. I also tried deleting the game itself and downloaded it again..but nothing seems to be working its stuck on 19%

What should I do?

Can you show me the PS4 Network Connection screen with your Up/Down speeds and NAT type please so we can take a closer look at this?
