CAN NOT START FIFA 20 BECAUSE OF DIRECXT 11 PROBLEM???

Hi,

I bought the key from Origin and tried to launch the game but it could not run and show the message "GPU does not support DirectX 11 which is required. 

However, when I check my laptop information, it shows that my latop has DirectX 12 version. My GPU is AMD Radeon R5 M335 and I installed the latest driver. 

I attached the pictures abour the problem and my latop information. 

Please help me! Thank you.

@EA_Darko you mean Fifa 18 folder or Fifa 20 folder? I opened FIFA 18 and FIFa 20 folder in Documents and I cant find settings.xml.

I saw this happen with GTAV @meodien0407 and there was something of a workaround which you can try on FIFA.  Go to My Documents and find your FIFA 18 folder, open settings.xml with Notepad. Do a search for the line <VideoCardDescription>.

If anything but the Radeon R5 M335 is listed, copy and save the settings.xml file somewhere else. Now launch the game and it will create a new settings.xml file.
