I Got Hacked
On Tuesday Morning, I logged into my account to see that it was hacked. All the players I worked hard for were gone, as I haven’t put money into the game. I go to EA Support, and tell them my account was hacked, and I waited 2 hours for them just to tell me I’ll get an email from a missing item specialist. I’ve been waiting for 2 days to no email, and I asked EA Help on twitter and they told me I wasn’t going to get an email. This is just unacceptable, I spent countless hours to get those players just for them to tell me I won’t get my players. This just isn't right and I just want to be able to play the game. EA, I just need my players. I was heartbroken to see those players gone.

I understand that but they said it would take at the most 3 days for me to get a response but I have yet to receive an email and today makes it 3 days.
