Basically every single time that they try to show a cinematic or replay in game, the game will completely freeze and not respond again for anywhere from 4-5 seconds, up to 15 minutes.

I'm in added time at the end of a match right now, the opposition just scored their guaranteed impossible to defend consolation goal (thanks scripting), in the time I've been waiting to resume my game I've searched this issue up on google to no avail, found these forums, logged into EA, which required me recovering my email, and started writing this.

In the end it took 12 minutes for my game to resume, I kicked off, the full time whistle went immediately, before the cinematics could even begin, it has frozen again.

I honestly feel like you've made the offline game this bad on purpose, and I'm sure that If I went on UT and tried to buy some packs right now everything would suddenly be working fine...

Oh and while I'm here, not updating career mode after promising to for years was so scummy, like Corey literally told career mode players to wait until FIFA 20 for a new career mode when FIFA 19 first launched, and you still did nothing of significance, couldn't even fix the existing issues from previous career modes, or take any suggestions from the community on how to make the game better, even the little things that would have taken no time/ effort, and to top it all off it has now taken over 25 minutes for me to get from the 94th minute of a game back to the menus so that I can save my game, switch it off and go play something actually enjoyable.
