FUT Games keep on disconnecting

My FUT games keep on disconnecting. 

 

If I'm behind (1-0 in 15th minute of the game) it will count as a loss, and if I'm winning that's totally disregarded

 

In my last 10 games, I have managed to complete just one and I have lost 30K coins as draft entries due to this issue.

 

What's it going to take to fix this?

Hi there, @ishan1089.

 

I'm really sorry for the frustration with this. Let's start with the basics and see if we can get you to stop disconnecting. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
