I am not getting my weekly pre order packs - Fifa 20
I pre ordered the champions edition of fifa 20 and im not receiving my weekly packs. please help.

hello,
i pre ordered fifa 20 for my boyfriend and it included the 12 week gold cards, were having the same problem! It lets us redeem the code but the cards are not coming through?

@EA_AndyI am also getting this problem, I haven’t opened the first week of free packs because I like to build them up. Haven’t received any since i got the game on the 25 september

I have the same problem with the champions edition.
I got a loan Iicon and first pack in the begin and opened it.
But now, i'm not receiving the pack.

Hey @Bountayee
I've taken a look at your account and can see the packs being opened.
Your last lot were opened at 2:26am UK time yesterday - rare gold packs.

Hi Andy,
I have the same issue. Ordered the Champions Edition and only been getting my "Squad Battles" rewards. When does the weekly Rare Gold Pack get issued to users who paid for the Champions Edition? 🤔
