Constantly getting disconnected from the EA servers seasons FIFA 20
I am constantly getting disconnected from the EA servers whilst playing online seasons on FIFA 20. I play on PS4 and I have tried EVERYTHING - nothing seems to solve the issue. Incredibly frustrating as this is the only reason I pay for my monthly PS4 Plus account.

I have already tried all these trouble shooting steps multiple times, I’ve even factory reset my PS4 and still no luck.
I’ve been in multiple live chats with EA employees who always recommend the same steps...I’ve been on the phone for over an hour with someone who couldn’t help either....
I’ve also run multiple UO traces and according to you guys everything is normal....
This doesn’t seem to be an issue from my end as other games work fine...
This is so incredibly frustrating as FIFA 20 is the game I play most and it has worked fine up until about a month ago...what’s changed from your end? Could it possibly be due to an update?
Surely I am not the only one having this issue?

I have the exact same problem. Have tried all the troubleshooting options aswell after Talking to the guys on the ea chat. I am also in NZ. Ive never had any problems untill this started happening about 2 weeks ago.

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
