Banned fifa 20 without any reason
Yesterday I was playing peacefully doing Summer heat mendy mission. My opponent scored the first goal and he was very toxic player. So I completed playing and ended up winning 4-1. The moment I scored the fourth goal he quited.... Not by forfeit he just closed the game. Every fifa player knows the difference. Anyways I was supposed to get a win LIKE USUAL. But this time it was different, the moment I scored the fourth goal my opponent quit and I was out of the game. Tried to login back again but wasn't able. So I closed the game and opened it and sayed Iam banned.... FOR WHAT?
I don't understand why? What's the wrong thing I did? my opponent disconnected and I got banned for cheating.
Anyone please help me with this.

Let me tell you, two months ago I was perminantly banned...... I contacted EA help
Within three days they replied the ban is correct.
I opened a second case.... Same result..... Third case... Same result
The fourth time I got wrong ban assistance HERE IN FORUMS...... And it was super quick...... Within the same day I got unbanned..... Because it was a wrong ban
After two months again, I got banned and don't know why. Just like the first one, banned for 10 days and then it turned out to be wrong ban.
EA help doesn't help....... I need you to help me please
As I mentioned I didn't cheat in this game.... Never ever cheated and even don't know how am I supposed to cheat.
Plus my account worth 40 million squad, I will never put my account at risk.
Now I don't know how am I supposed to pre-order FIFA 21..... I was very close to pre-order but they banned me from previous and future versions. Without doing anything... I always play clean
And yes..... Iam banned for 8 days now..... And still no emails from them.
