fifa points and Damaged CD
Hi,
I bought some fifa points from the ps store,
and I received the confirmation email,
but unfortunately the points had not added to my account!
I tried to reinstall the game, and deleted it to reinstall it,
after that I couldn't reinstall it and receive this massage: your disc has been damaged!
but the disc is very new clean!
Now I didn't reached to my points plus I lost my CD!!
Is there any way for help?
Cant I download the game and use the activation key with the CD?

and you mean I have to contact sony for the refund?
and what about the CD? is it possible to be from the same problem! mismatch of the regions?

SONY region locks DLC, so you won't be able to purchase FIFA points if your game region and account region are mismatched. You'll want to reach out to SONY for assistance on this one http://bit.ly/ContactPSSupport
