So for over 2 months I have been trying to get EA to remove a inactive email for the EA login verification system they have. Why they don’t just let you change the email in the first place is beyond me. Anyway so I have sent servers cases to EA with as much info as possible with picture proof. They say they can’t help me. I have 2 XBOX systems in my house. The one on the living works just fine even the the email on the account is the way that isn’t active. So why it works on that system is a mystery. The new Xbox in the bedroom asked for a verification login. I don’t even know the password for it and when I send a forgot password request it doesn’t go to my active email. I’m guessing they are sending it to the inactive one from the verification. This is beyond frustrating and I have even contacted AT&T support to see if they can recover the sbcglobal email EA seems to think is still active. AT&T told me that email doesn’t even exist on there sbcglobal servers anymore therefore inactive. Anyone have any insight on how I can bypass the login verification?
