Disconnected repeatedly. Would recieve "disconnected from EA servers notification."

Have now attempted recommended troubleshooting steps and am hoping issue has been fixed. Can I have my DNF multipier corrected as at the moment the reward per game rate makes it unplayable (currently around 0.4). 

I have been using a reliable wired connection and none of my there devices have shown drops or packet loss when the issue occurs.
