Game crashed after 2 FUT Champions WINS

Today, after two different games of FUT Champions that I ended up winning, the game crashed. Which meant I didn't win. And I also got coin loss for it. I'd consider it normality if I get reinstated the two wins, can EA support actually even do this?

This was on PC btw

UPDATE: 3 games now. Every time I win the game crashes and when I lose everything is normal. I don't have time to play the rest of the games until gold 3 which is what I should be at already.

Same problem here also in pc nthg happens when I lose but when am winning it ceashes and gives me a loss and money deduction

It happened to me also I would of won the 2 games I lost contact with would of gave me 10 wins and now I can't get them BC I played the game limits somehow
