FIFA 20 Transfer Market Ban
Hi,
I have just spent an hour on calls and live chat with the EA team regarding an error message I am getting on my ultimate team account when trying to purchase players.
I was informed that a block had been placed on my FIfA 20 ultimate team account as the suspected I was a bot which they now realise is untrue.
However they were unable to enable me to purchase players on the transfer market even with the information that I am not a bot.
This has caused me to miss a large part of the weekend league which I have invested a large amount of time and money into. I was basically told ‘just wait and it will come back eventually’.
I was not reimbursed coins/FIFA points or for my time spent on the phone/live chat and I now wish to file a complaint if a suitable compromise is not met.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Xander57810 Could you tell me what you didi to get it unbanned? I did nothing but get transfer market banned. I have never bought gold or sold. Quite frustrating.

how long did they take to investigate your case and unban you ? .. i'm like you and more than 5 days ans they didn't respond !

I was randomly banned 2 days ago, happened to me last year too, last year i was wrongly banned for coin distribution. No idea how they came to this conclusion.
When Terms of service reviewed my account they lifted the ban but I got no apology or any kind of compensation.
I like have spent time on twitter, live chats etc trying to get my transfer ban lifted to be told only Tos can deal with this and it could take 72 hours to get a responce.... currently 48 hours into this ban missing out on weekend league 
EA should review an account before banning it, not ban an account then spend 3 days reviewing.
Purely poor customer service.
